The cofounder of Daisy Systems and founding CEO of Sun Microsystems, where he pioneered open systems and commercial RISC processors, Khosla has been a pivotal figure shaping the tech landscape over the past many decades. His passion for mentoring has led him to dedicate himself to assisting and empowering the next generation of entrepreneurs building technology-based businesses, often in the name of reinventing societal infrastructure.

Influenced by surrealism, fantasy and kawaii culture, the realm of Niceaunties champions empowerment and self-expression while delving into themes of aging, beauty and personal freedom.

- Vivek Kumbhari and Alex Luebke1:11:50A physician-scientist whose work has been cited nearly 10,000 times, Vivek Kumbhari has transformed lives through pioneering novel, minimally invasive flexible endoscopic procedures. In addition to his role as a professor of medicine and chairman of gastroenterology and hepatology at the Mayo Clinic, he is a cofounder and board member of Endiatx, a company aimed at delivering micro-robotics inside the human body to aid in the early detection of disease. His work is driven by a passion for harnessing telemedicine, automation and artificial intelligence to treat serious and complex diseases without a patient ever needing to enter a hospital. At TED2024, Kumbhari will be speaking alongside Alex Luebke.With a background in aeronautics and astronautics, Alex Luebke has sent more than ten commercial and government satellites into orbit. A Silicon Valley startup leader, he is now turning his attention from the cosmic to the micro-world with Endiatx, a company aimed at delivering micro-robotics inside the human body to aid in the early detection of disease. At TED2024, Luebke will be speaking alongside Vivek Kumbhari.

She previously worked as a senior research analyst at Open Philanthropy, where she advised policymakers and grantmakers on AI policy and strategy. She has testified before the US-China Economic and Security Review Commission and written for publications including Foreign Affairs and TIME on the national security implications of AI and machine learning.
